What Makes a Great Life Coach?

A great coach will guide you to seeing new possibilities in your life, energize you and light your fire.

In addition, a great coach is someone who:

  • understands that everyone has walked a unique path and is able to adapt their coaching style and techniques to an individual
  • is an expert listener, understanding that context is a critical component to any communication
  • does whatever it takes to see their clients achieving their goals
  • puts their own agenda aside
  • is always ready to take their client to the next level and create new possibilities
  • has a proven track record for creating results for their clients

Am I a Good Candidate For Coaching?

If you're wondering if a coach might be something you're interested in, here are some traits I look for in a client:

  • you are an artist or work in a creative industry (or WANT to be!)
  • you have a feeling there is more you could be doing with your life (though you may not know what that is).
  • you feel stuck- you are seeking a greater sense of passion and freedom in your life
  • you have the ability - and are ready - to work hard for what you want
  • there are areas of your life that you know are not where you want them to be (relationship, health, career, etc)

Why Do I Need A Life Coach?

You may be wondering, why you need a Life Coach...

Short answer is, you don't.
If, however, you want to make some changes in your life, be they big or small, a coach is someone who can support you in making those changes, and is someone who can open you to new possibilities that you may not have conceived on your own.
A coach will support you in figuring out what you really want and what is standing in your way. They will support you in identifying your limiting beliefs. And they will guide you to leading a fuller, happier and more meaningful life.
